He looked over the competitors quotes and saved me time and money explaining what was unnecessary. I was so glad to pay the $134 service call when he told me I could sign up for their service package at $20 a month and they would waive the service call. Amazing such a gentlemen."

"I can't say the service was poor but I can say the solution is not necessarily agreeable. I don't think that it's a wise choice to keep cutting the drain line shorter without having a better way to protect it from the cold. This option proved a very temporary fix."

"This young man asked certain questions that we answered, but because we are not experts in the field of heat and air. We had used this company a couple of years ago and were always happy. We installed a new heat pump and etc. Come to find out that the installer did not wire it correctly, which has cost us on our power bill big time. Never the less, because of his expertise the problem was corrected and now we have heat. Blessings to your company once again. He should get a raise."
